Knitwear Care
Before Washing
- Always check the care label for specific instructions.
- Hang your knitwear in an open space or fresh air – this refreshes the clothes and reduces unpleasant odours.
- Knitwear is often damaged due to over-washing, as each wash weakens the fibres. This is why I recommend removing stains as soon as possible.
- It is enough to reshape your knitwear to its original form using a steamer or iron. Allow the garment to fully dry and cool down completely before wearing it again. Steam reduces bacteria.
- Natural yarns are prone to pilling. This is not a fault of the garment and can be easily resolved by using a pill-removing wool comb
