Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer rights. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or the item being defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@erikaknitwear.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning items, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
